Santamedical SM-165 Finger Pulse Oximeter Review

This is the Santamedical SM-165 Finger Pulse Oximeter. This one is my favorite if I had to pick between the SM-150 and SM165. I was able to get a reading much quicker with the SM-165 and it was also most accurate when compared to my big pulse oximeter machine. I use it on a as needed basis ever since my ICU stay last summer.


The SM-165 finger pulse oximeter is FDA approved. The SM-165 measures your SpO2 blood oxygen levels and pulse rate. The LED display is bright and it shows the strength of the pulse, pulse rate, battery level and Sp02 level. The SM-165 also has a built-in alarm that can be set for low or high. The 2 AAA batteries provide 30+ hours of use. The finer pulse oximeter has a automatic power off, after 8 seconds. It is very light, small and portable. The self-adjusting finger clamp accommodates every finger size. The one-button design allows for easy operation.

Sm-110 and Sm-165 both are different Generation Pulse Oximeter. SM-165 is 6 mode and SM-110 is 2 way display but both device Use for monitor heart rate and oxygen level in Blood.
