It is wonderful to have up-beat music to work out to and these songs are wonderful. I love to sing along and it helps me speed up and get an even better workout. This CD starts at 124 beats per minute, goes up to 128 beats per minute and then comes back down to 124. It is great for an out-of-the-gym workout.
