Purex Plus Oxi Review and Giveaway

As a Purex Insider, I was given the opportunity to try out one of their new products. This time it was their latest laundry detergent, Purex Plus Oxi.

The new Purex plus Oxi contains a special stain fighting enzyme that helps get rid of 101 different types of stains. How awesome is that? This laundry detergent is their most powerful one yet! Plus you will be happy to know that this detergent works in both traditional and high-efficiency (He) washing machines.

We are currently Purex users, but I have to admit that we don't use it exclusively. Just for the simple fact that for different loads I feel its best to use different detergent. Hopefully this new product will change that somewhat. Our family has the normal kind of stains from food, drinks, the outdoors, office work and factory work. I used Purex Plus Oxi to do the general laundry and it seemed to make the clothes brighter (especially the whites). It got heavy mud off pant legs from the garden. Also spaghetti, soda, mustard, grease and pen stains from shirts. It's great to know that a affordable detergent can get the tough jobs done, if not done better then those more expensive detergent brands. The Fresh Morning Burst scent was a nice addition to our clothes and bed sheets. It wasn't over powering, just a nice natural smell.

Purex plus Oxi also makes a good pre-treatment, since it has strong stain fighting enzymes. Which means one or two less bottles of other stuff. Plus, for anyone who has allergies or skin sensitivity issues, you'll be happy to know that Purex Plus Oxi is totally hypoallergenic.
